Sometimes I choose to make/create something yummy to eat. This was my creative version of a Strawberry Tiramasu.
Puree (older) strawberries with a dash of white wine.
Dip Savoirde (those Italian sweet biscuits) in Strawberry puree.
Add cream cheese to whipped cream and a good amount of Caster sugar - beat.
Layer. Put in Fridge. Add grated Chocolate. Pour over more Strawberry puree if left.
Rather than sort this out!!
