We embarked on a Sushi making evening the other week. The kids had a great time creating and rolling their own individual "huge" sushi rolls. They all enjoyed their dinner that night and lots of squealing was heard as they all tried the Wasabi sauce!!

I love sushi and sashimi, but my children are less than enthusiastic about Japanese food, darn it.

Oh, how fun! I must say that those rolls are enormous! I thought it looked like sushi before I read your post, but decided that they must be some kind of kebab. Hehe.
